DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY….!! The property had no hot water 4 of the 7 days I was at their Leeward Property. The company’s solution was to send some bizarre instructions due to a “inverted value”. This of course didn’t work .. After some basic research I found the same instructions to another customer around a year ago. Conclusion, they (Lowkl) have known about this problem for some time. Obviously they never fixed it. They offered a 10% refund for the days with no hot heater … a whopping 29.00 dollars. I checked out a day early…just to end the nightmare. I have stayed at several of Lowkl’s properties in Fort Lauderdale. Holiday Park Leeward Apartments Bayview Regency Bay view Apartments All were consistent… being old, rundown and dirty. Financial reasons and client demands were the reason I continued to rent from them. No More!! For anyone reading this .. Lowkl consistently prices themselves 100.00 to 200.00 below other properties. Don’t be tempted. This is literally the case of “you get what you pay for!

Terrible experience, I do not recommend! The place was moldy and dirty so that I got allergic and needed to spend the night in the car. The next day I moved out and found another room because I cannot function in such a conditions. Moreover, the room footages was 44m2 instead of 102m2 not meeting the conditions of the rental offer at booking.com. My money has not been returned as I have been fully charged for the reservation. In addition to that, the Leeward forced me to provide all of my payment card details (against safety rules from Booking)- otherwise refusing to provide the entry code to the flat.

Great location. Dish soap was poor, I had to purchase my own. Staff responded promptly when I requested toilet tissue. Fresh towels would be nice every few days. A kitchen chair broke, 4 persons in our party weighed less than 130 pounds, one member weighed 155 pounds, so it was not excessive weight that caused the break, yet it was never repaired or replaced after the incident was reported. It would be helpful to have written information about local activities such as the Hugh Taylor Birch park, the Bonnet house and canoe, kayak rental areas, plus local restaurants.
