Coco Palms Apartments By Lowkl

Misadvertised as being in the town of Pompano Beach, it is not. That is why I booked it. The apartment while clean and fairly stocked, is a bit bare. Not worth the high $$$, and a completely nude resident was hanging around in the garden. Gasp! Not what what we signed up for.

It was easy to get in the property. But I'm not sure that's a good thing.

Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were in really bad shape. All areas need major if not complete renovation. I saw numerous roaches and ants without even looking. It was totally gross. It looks nothing at all like the picture.

I liked the area , everything was there for me once i checked in, honestly i enjoyed my stayed overall

Super quiet place like always

Easy self check in. Great location, close to Deerfield Beach Boardwalk. Everything was clean and bed was super comfy. I will recommend this place.

Clean, family friendly, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Only downside and I say this with utmost respect, property had an odor as if it’s a property that accepts smokers. But nothing too difficult to deal with.

Really nice, 70's-old-Florida vibe place updated and in very good condition, except a couple of delaminated floor tiles. We liked the location and the unit a lot. We (couple)stayed in the bedroom, our friend slept on a nice fold out sofa, everybody had personal space. We really liked the nirrored walls in the loving room. It looked very spacious. Near enough to the beach to be convenient. We would rent here again
