Great location, near beach, shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to other areas, as well. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook and clean the apartment while there. Convenient laundry areas as well. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was the sofa bed was a little small for my sons in the unit, but thats because I didnt pay attention to the description. We made it work.

Location

1. The apartment access code malfunctioned several times. Our neighbors couldn’t access on 1st day 2. Unreliable internet. 3. Apartment has “worn and torn” furniture, closets, dishwasher. Needs serious TLC.

The Apartament was clean and a good size. Kitchen had more things that we expected. It was a pretty good deal. Location is good as well.

I didn’t like that didn’t have a way to lock the door from inside. The little chain was broken and missing and the door was opening towards outside with a code. So basically any person having the code could get in. I wouldn’t have felt safe if my husband wasn’t with me. So I do advise to check those apartamente and replace the chain where is missing.

I recommend it. It feels comfortable.

The kitchen looks like new but in reality, it's old with a cheap make up The mattress was a cheap one, not very comfortable. The living's sleeping sofa was really uncomfortable for an adult, has no mattress only a hard surface and is short, the only way to fit in it was bending the legs

Completely different pictures from de website . Very outdated with roaches every room; from the living room to the kitchen , kitchen cabinets, bathroom and beds!!!

Clean and quiet. Convenient location. Close to shopping, dining. Communication with property owner was terrific. No negative issues arose. Highly recommend this property for relaxation. Parties not allowed and quiet required 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Worked great for us!
