Great location and place!

The property has amazing views day and night. Easy access to balcony and comfortable furniture.

The location is great.

Many things: the parking is a problem having to request the car 20min before every time I need the car. The elevators are limited and the system is not very smart. The beach umbrella service is limited to one per day. The apartment was not clean and it smells pretty bad.

I didn’t like the cheap trash bags, thin paper towels and they didn’t provide facial cloths.

I was concerned after reading some negative reviews about this property, but we were there for a week and had no issues! The rooms were clean and beautiful. I appreciated the security features and the valley parking. The beach access was wonderful with chairs and umbrellas, and any staff that we interacted with were professional and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Chair and towel service at beach/pool nice; pool amenities nice but tiny hot tub for such a large property; restaurant food was just ok but not worth the price; late check out means you will pay an additional fee at the required Valet garage on premises because they say the parking and hotel are 2 separate entities ( not sure how that works but it is garbage!); plan for an additional 20min to go ANYWHERE on elevators. Only 3 of 4 in use and waited up to 14min one time to get on since walking 36 floors with groceries was NOT an option. Most other waits were 7-11min. Didn’t seem to be a whole lot in close (walking) proximity
