The property is old and needs a serious update. The unit has mold and is extremely dirty. The couch needs cleaning or replacing and the kitchen counter tops horrible. You do want to place anything in it because it’s is extremely dirty and cannot be cleaned due to it needing to be replaced. The shower is horrible, you cannot shower without the shower curtain touching you, water goes everywhere and the mold is in the shower if you look up you will see. Do not rent this place. The best part is the pool area or at least at first glance it appears nice, it is quiet, the fan in the room does not work and the unit has a horrible smell. The blinds were left up and could not be put down because they are broken and stuck in place. I felt unsafe in the unit. I will never rent here again and the staff is non existent because once you pay the parking of $15 a day you will never hear from them again, they stop answering messages all together.

I like nothing about the small dirty smelly unit.

Location was ideal and had a private pool and full kitchen

I like that it was convenient to a lot of places, restaurants, and other things

I did not like the communication from the property. I did not like when I requested things they never arrived or it never got fixed. The staff was not helpful and did not follow up and was not it was not good at communicating. I will call them and I will never get a return phone call However when they reached out to me, they expected me to answer

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was nice, cozy, and very clean, exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, which made our trip super convenient and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Close to the beach shopping a lot of things to see an do it was quite nice

The first unit we were given was very moldy, not cleaned the best and overall a bit disgusting. I reached out to the management and they switched my unit almost immediately. Was very happy with the communication. The second unit was a bit cleaner but they should consider hiring a better company to clean their units. The laundry machines were barely functioning. Took almost 4 hours to wash and dry clothes. Only one washer and one dryer was working out of the 6 machines in the laundry room. The bed was completely broken. And both units we got liked nothing like the pictures online. Very out dated. The pictures online look very promising and inviting. The poolside furniture is moldy and old. The little complex has so much potential if they just took better care of it. I most likely would not stay there again.

The pictures shown are nothing like the rooms. For starters, the place was filthy and you’re charged a cleaning fee even though I had to go buy cleaning products to clean. There is not a shower like the picture, it’s actually a moldy tub. I wish I could post pictures of the moldy tub and moldy air vent.We were moved to a slightly better room when it became available on day 4. They asked us to request a partial refund in writing stating that we won’t give a bad review. I assume that’s why you don’t see bad reviews on here. The location is great though
