GBLocation is good! Parking was little difficult to find.
There is no power points near bed from both sides of bed. TV wasn’t easily setup , tried to called co-host, she sent us youtube link how to set , but didn’t work at last. Second problem was Toilet & bath. In property they have three bedrooms but bathroom and toilet only one so only suitable for two people to stay in property. Third point there is no lock or hook to close toilet shower room so no privacy. Not suitable for people who got legs injuries or kind of disable bcos climbing stairs to go on the small staircases. Otherwise location is bit quite, so many youngsters were walking around with some bad kind of smelly cigarettes.

The place was not luxury. Good location but the pictures online make the place look far better than reality. It was in need of a deep clean. No heating on arrival and boiler was turned off, had to figure out how to set hot water and heating.

Only one loo/bathroom in the whole house, so if you have a large group, you'll need to schedule bathroom breaks...
GBLocation was ideal and very close to the city centre with lots of restaurants and corner shop close by. Reasonably priced given Billy Joel concert was playing - could have increased price but didn't!
Getting to the parking spot was a little confusing - although the directions given were spot on! Just need to read better haha
