Sunnyside Studio on Green Lake

Great access to Green Lake

Location was easily and safely walkable to downtown Green Lake. The floors were heated, bed very comfortable, details and amenities were above what we expected. It was well thought through and cozy.

While the home was great, the nuances of booking with this host were a bit odd. We were quite uncomfortable paying a $1000 deposit on a room that was $84. They use a third party (rather than the service provided by Booking) to take the deposit that asked for pictures of drivers license and credit card. The host did not give us much comfort while requesting pictures of our personal information. Fortunately, Booking support helped and everything turned out just fine!

Cute, clean and quiet studio with all necessary amenities

Brand new studio apartment, underneath owners. Quiet street, easy access to bus. Nicely appointed kitchen and bath. With laundry. We were staying in this area to visit friends nearby, it was a10 min walk to everything we needed.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sunnyside. Will continue to do so! Perfect space, very clean, and Vince is so helpful!

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, easy place to stay then Sunnyside is perfect. We enjoyed our stay here - the apartment was really clean, great amenities, easy check-in/out, and located on a quiet street with easy parking. We would definitely stay here again.

No working AC, no fans, could only slide a very small window open for air- however, no screens, so lots of mosquitos. The gate to the property didn’t close. Property made aware of issues upon check in. No attempts to resolve. No AC with 83 degrees out!

Everything was excellent.

Amazing property! Located in a great neighborhood! Local dining options right around the corner! Amazing park down the road and you can even walk the park to the zoo!
