Sunnyside Studio on Green Lake

Great property! Great area!

It was a great place to stay! Beautiful area, gorgeous place to walk, and quiet. The place was very clean. Vince was great to work with!

Stayed overnight for a small getaway, but would be nice for a longer stay as well as they provide all the essentials needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again!

The area is gorgeous, quiet and serene, a short walk to beautiful Greenlake. The apartment is immaculate, modern and perfectly appointed, very easy code access. I couldve stayed here forever!

Great location. Walkable neighborhood close to many Seattle hotspots. The apartment is extremely clean, well appointed and easy to access. Everything you need in a cute compact space.

This studio is very well appointed with high end appliances, gas stove, full capacity washer dryer, lighted mirror, and comfy bed. I would absolutely stay again. I LOVED the lighted mirror and bringing home full luggage of clean clothes. There were a couple things that really bothered me though - the secured gate didn’t latch. The width of the blinds on the entry door are short by 4 inches on each side (so with a non-latching gate anyone could get back there to peep in). As a woman traveling alone, and not knowing the area, it was unnerving. I slept in full leggings and a t-shirt. To cook in the unit you need to run the microwave fan on high, which is VERY loud. The microwave had filter error and was unusable. I did report the microwave, but nobody came within the week I stayed. I still enjoyed my time there - and even walked down to Green Lake. The neighborhood feels safe, it’s quiet, and neighbors were friendly. Enjoyed local artists jamming together with the lake as backdrop.

Absolutely loved this place! it is in a beautiful location that is also quiet and away from all the noise. The host is really good at communication and making sure you feel welcome and working with all the needs you may have. The place felt so homey and comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous inside also. Will definitely be recommending or staying again when we come visit the area.

The apt is really cute, very well done and just a 2 minute walk to Green Lake. The bed was comfy, and all the furnishings felt high quality. Less than 5 minutes to Green Lake village and all the restaurants. We were there on a gorgeous weekend, so parking was a challenge and since it is basically under the house there is no view of any kind out the windows….otherwise it would be a solid 5 Star. We will definitely be back.
