Hillside in Seattle - updated and well appointed.

The property was nicely and newly renovated. The location was good. Public transportation was a short walk away. The beds were comfortable. Laundry appliances were adequate. The response from the host was excellent.

There were quite a few negatives. no nightlights. Dirty floors and counters. Sticky. We had to wear shoes in the house or wash our feet before going to bed. No hooks for towels etc in bathroom. No shelves in showers. Nowhere to put luggage, ie luggage racks. Not enough furniture for all of us to sit on. The only chair in den/living room is broken. Kitchen was poorly stocked with pots and pans. No bedside table in master bedroom. Bedside lamp cord in one bedroom was cut at the plug. The copper wire was bare at the end of the cord. The house has a lot of potential but it was poorly appointed. It's an adequate place to stay if you're not there all the time.

Very clean and the owner was very accommodating! He was very attentive!

The driveway was too steep, but I’m just afraid of heights lol

I have enjoyed

Wonderful location, well maintained apartment, good size, clean. Host Vince was welcoming and available for questions and advice. Close to restaurants and groceries. Quiet street. A great base to visit Seattle.
