Urban Chic Apartments Near Center City

I booked a last-minute stay in a second-floor unit. Pros: The unit is very spacious Great location near public transit and convenient for visiting TD Pavilion at the Mann Clear and easy check-in instructions Basic complimentary toiletries (body soap and shampoo/conditioner) Cons: Check-in details were sent late (around 3:45 PM, despite a 3 PM promise) Cleanliness was lacking: all seating (couch and dining chairs) was heavily stained, floors were sticky, and fans/vents were dusty The TV was in the living room, but unusable since the couch was too dirty to sit on Air conditioning was inadequate for summer heat: only a portable unit in the bedroom, with the rest of the unit remaining hot and uncomfortable; I requested installation of a window unit I found in a box, but it never happened Overall: A decent option for a quick 1–2 night stay, but not ideal for longer visits or hot weather.

The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!

I was very upset because they turned me away. They did not try to work with me in any way possible to accommodate a simple mistake i had made during reservation. I contacted them to advise i made a slight error on the reservation and asked if i can do something different to fix it. They turned me away and said i could not get a refund. Not even a partial refund. They did not offer me any other dates i could of switched my stay dates to. I am very upset with them. Not a place to try to help you in any way possible.

I was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby.

I almost don't want to leave. This spot is the perfect distance from trolley 63 into the city, where all the main attractions are. It was clean, and communication was perfect. I loved that I felt safe walking on this neighborhood, so much art and historic places in every corner.

I can't name anything. I would go "home" to sleep when my days were over.

Overall, it was a decent place with so much potential, but it clearly needs a renewal. It is a big and nice apartment and, even though it's not in the best area, it's more or less close to different places by car.

Where do I start... - First of all, the fact that they are constantly "threatening" you with the Incidental Fee, which they make you pay through a 3rd party software (little bit weird) and it costs you $199... Honestly, it goes to a point where it looks like if you breath too much air in the apartment they're not going to refund that fee. Not only that, at check-out they even tell you that if you leave a nice review, they will release the fee earlier... Seriously? With that they are trying to get better reviews and they're getting the opposite (literally, I would had rated it higher if if weren't for that). In the end, they refund me almost everything, and when I asked why not all of it, they blame it on the 3rd party software they use, claiming that they get a fee for the transaction. I had to complaint to them and to Booking so they refund me that too. - The apartment really needs a renovation. I mean, just look at the pictures I made and take your conclusions... As I said, such a shame for a huge and nice apartment with so much potential. They even offer amenities but then basic things like the oven are broken... - The "key" system. They have a door code system, which is not bad, but for both doors they have differently, and the one in the front it's not working really well...

The apartment space is incredible. Also very quiet, slept perfectly well.

The fridge is noisier than most, I could hear it from the bedroom. Flat could be slightly better cleaned, nothing major but it can be improved.
