Urban Chic Apartments Near Center City

The area wasn’t too bad and had some amazing restaurants within walking distance. The stairs to the unit are a bit steep, but manageable.

Convenable mais sans plus. La fenêtre de la chambre (qui donne sur une rue tres passante) ne se ferme pas (pour permettre d’avoir de la climatisation) du coup la seule chambre est très bruyante. Il n’y a pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. La cuisine est très satisfaisante. Mais il n’y a pas de microonde, de produits pour la vaisselle, d’éponge… Il y a un lave linge, un sèche linge… mais pas de produits également… Un gros plus pour le système de “clefs” via un verrouillage à code.

Lots of space, proximity to subway

Noisy, can't keep light from coming in, sketchy neighborhood, too many texts about rules, no Internet, no TV without Internet, we left the place as clean as we found it, yet, our deposit was 5 dollars short without explanation.

I chose this property because I thought it offered a good value, but I can only give it 3 stars. Available parking turned out to be street parking. The bedroom still had a portable A/C unit installed that prevented the window to close, worsening the insulation from the cold and noise. The bathroom lacked a towel hook or bar. Finally, there is no dishwasher nor cleaning supplies provided to take advantage of fridge and kitchen.

I stayed at Cubic Chic Apartment for three days and overall, it was a very clean and decent place to stay. I really love that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment had easy access with good on street parking right in front of the building. It is veery quiet in the building and the apartment was very clean. I did reach out to housekeeping several times and Charles was so accommodating, kind, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Charles went above and beyond to me my needs. I would definitely stay with Urban Chick again when visiting Philadelphia. Thank you, Charles, keep being wonderful God will bless you.

The property only had a window air conditioner in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment was too hot to use. There was no curtain on the bathroom window. Property owner never refunded deposit that was required at the last minute!!! Do not rent from this owner!

This was a good stay. It was accessible to all the areas I needed to be and allowed me to be close to my family. Nice and quiet. The bed was super comfortable.
