The apartment was perfect for the four of us. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, the pool area was great! Close to Broadway area but far enough away! Communication with owner was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, great size and the beds were so comfortable.

Unit was facing the expressway and you could hear the traffic while sleeping.

Very well appointed and comfortable. That’s where it ends.

We could not sleep due to constant traffic noise from the freeways and freight trains. We have stayed across the road from international airports and didn’t hear a thing. This unit, which is not a penthouse as advertised, needs double glazing. Try to decipher the “black box at the stairwell” was a mission. There are about 50+ lock boxes secured to the handrail in the emergency exit stairwell. Then I had to find the one with “Black” written on it!! Trying to address these issues with Raymond fell on deaf ears and he had my money and didn’t give a damn. That night we booked into the Harthall Hotel and spent the rest of the remaining 2 nights there. Much nicer and cheaper than The Unit at The Gulch.

Unit was exactly as described and pictured Space was appropriate to our needs with extra large beds Apart from door code not working the unit was easy to access with the instructions and owners rectified code access issue immediately when contacted

Corridors were dirty and stained Pool was dirty and possibly a healthy hazard Suite floors were not cleaned well and there was no equipment for us to clean them other than getting down on hands and knees Polyester bed Linen was cheap and hot, cotton linen and mattress/ pillows protectors would make a huge improvement to the beds Pillows need renewing Location although walking distance to downtown was not in a nice part of town and did not always feel safe
