The property was spacious and had a nice view during the evening. The Science Center across the freeway lights up and looks like a purple pyramid. If TV is your thing, there are 3 large TV (like 65” and over)one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The beds were comfortable, however, I wouldn’t say that the linens and towels were anything special. They have been there a while.

The amenities were very sparse. Our primary reason we chose this property was to have more room for the 4 of us (husband, wife, son and girlfriend) and be closer to downtown. I thought I was upgrading from a hotel room, however, I was wrong. Spending $400 more to upgrade to this facility gave us less amenities such as tissue, coffee and a comfortable living room (4 on the couch was tight). The property was too sterile for us. If you need a nice place with just the basic few kitchen necessities, this may be for you. The major deal breaker for us is that they give you one key Fob which opens the door to the complex, elevators and the room. What does that mean? That means all of your party has to be together all of the time in order to get into the room, or you have to run a tight schedule. Now imagine if half of you wanted to stay out and the other half wanted to go back to the property. Yep, the party that goes back to the property gets to be woken up at the crack of night/morning to go down to the lobby from the 10th floor to let the other party in. Had I known this, I would have stayed somewhere else. Completely my fault! So the lesson I learned is, I will always either stay at a hotel where you know what to expect, amenities and key cards or Air BnB’s with more amenities. Now I have to inquire on what type of entry the property has before booking. Oh brother….does it ever end! One last thing, management, please replace the bath mat since it appears that it never gets washed.

Everything was great. Super communicative host. Easy check in process. Great location!

Enjoyed use of the pool over looking downtown and the grills to cook up some steaks. Great local restaurants all around to try. And very close to Joy ride for a golf cart tour.

Not much.

The beds and furnishings were comfortable and nice. The linens and towels were new and nice. The unit was mostly clean. The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were big enough for our family of 4. The location is nice and in walking distance to downtown Nashville.

It's a terrible building. Lots of flooding damage, stained carpeted floors, bad odor in the unit (multiple reviews have posted about this), lots of traffic noise from the highway, and WORST OF ALL, I was texted a highly inappropriate text message from the property owner after I submitted a very fair initial review (my review has changed after receiving the harassing text). Since I can't submit a photo of the message, it stated that I was "too broke to afford parking fees" and it seems "the parking fees is what broke the bank for you". Hilariously not true, given it was only one part of my review. I was happy to pay for the 2 day parking fees for my own vehicle, but when I was asked to pay another $30 for parking for our babysitter who would only be there for a few hours, I let the manager know that was unfair due to the fact that TWO elevators were broken in the building and we had to walk 7+ flights of stairs with our 1 year old and 4 year old. This unit is on the 10th floor, and apparently after speaking with full time tenants in the building, the elevators are broken often and one has been broken for over a month. So be ware- if you can't walk 10 flights of stairs easily, don't like bad odors, don't like highway traffic noises, and mostly don't like receiving harassing text messages from property managers, then you definitely don't want to take a chance on this property. I hope Booking.com has a zero tolerance policy for this kind of behavior from a property owner.
