Juniper Furnished Apartments

This was absolutely not a good experience. I never got the check in code because Expedia and the property weren’t communicating and so they never emailed me. One of the kitchen cabinets basically came apart when I opened it. There was no blanket on the second bedroom. Half of the blinds were broken off. The one window in the primary bedroom facing a street light was the only one without curtains so it’s like sleeping with a light on. The window sills were FILTHY. The trash/ recycle bins were right outside the bedroom window so we could hear people talking to themselves and rummaging through the trash at night. Lastly, when we removed the trash bag (to toss the trash before our departure) the bin itself was further with gross old liquid and trash on the bottom.

The property was nice and clean

It was horrible & dirty !! Looked nothing like the pictures on line ! I didn’t even spend one hour in the place and now they’re refusing to refund my MONEY!! The place was raggedy

There was no hand soap, nor shower soap in the unit for my stay. ALL the bottles were empty. The dishwasher did not work and there were dirty cups in it. There were also no towels 2 out of the 3 nights of my stay. I tried to communicate with customer service but they told me to go buy my own. Shame.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! The host canceled the booking the day before my stay and the phone number listed is out of service. There is no way to contact them and Hotels.com will not issue a refund because it is after the cancelation date even though the property is the one that canceled! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM you will be left with no place to stay and charged full price for it.

Everything was fantastic

The apartments are in great location. Close to restaurants and any tourist sites. However, the unit we were in could use some TLC. Property was not well cleaned. Bed blankets were stained and carpet had was dirty. There were fake eyelashes on the floor. We were supposed to get the larger unit that could host 6 people and we ended in a small unit with a broken pullup coach. The refrigerator was liking, the air dryer was broken and when we started the vent above the stove it was making a wired sound.

Checking in required 4 calls to the agency upon arrival due to errors in their system. This made me incur $60 of fees on my phone plan for the month as I flew in from overseas. Additionally I have £192 still on hold for payment.

Very convenient location and in walking distance to local grocery stores and restaurants.

Fine property that could use some work, but great location.
