Open the door and roaches were everywhere I don’t see how it’s even still in business

The property was horrible! From check in to check out. Dirty. Remotes with no batteries or backs. Missing floorboards. A lizard in our bathroom, which we trapped under a trashcan and asked them to have maintenance come remove it but it was NEVER removed. We wiped the ledge because it looked and we were wondering if it was part of the “rustic/exposed earth” look we thought they were going for, nope, just thick Layers of good ole undisturbed dirt and dust. If i didn’t already mention horrible communication, please know its high on the list. We were locked out when the code to their automatic lock switched. The rook was not the room from the pictures. The people that lived above us had an all night party. I have pictures and videos to support all of this.

The place was very dusty and just overall felt uncomfortable. Surfaces were sticky and had crumbs randomly. The bed rested on a wall which was seemly right next to 10 doors that were just non stop slamming. The sheets were stained and did not smell clean. So, I tried to wash them and the dry was just not working. I ended up leaving the last night to find a new place because I was just not comforable. Also, the photos of the listing were very misleading

I booked this stay for a week. ** I have a picture of the poor bathroom conditions, but it will not lett me add ** The pictures in the advertisement were poorly represented. The unit i received was a basement unit- none of the pictures suggested it wiuld be as each showed large windows with great lighting. By the time I realized, it was too late to make alternate accommodations. Upon arrival, i noticed the lack of cleanliness and care for the unit. There were a lot of spider webs throughout (basement unit, so... fine).Crumbs were present on the couch and floors as well. The most disturbing was the hair in the shower and stains in the toilet. There were limited or no basic supplies (2 roles of toilet paper, one paper towel roll, 2 of basic utensils, 3 dishwasher pods, no broom, no oven gloves- and those were just the things we needed). We came from a different country, so these supplies were not ideal to purchase for the stay. When asled about the toiletries, i was told we were to purchase on our own. When asked about the broom and oven mits, they were very non chalant on when we would be able to get them. Spoiler alert- the oven mitts never came. My most pressing issues were that for the cost, the lack of cleanliness and property care are why I give such a poor rating.

I got to the hotel and it was not cleaned at all and even if it was clean, it didn’t look good. The photos look way to good.

Was a Great experience, I only missed the control for the TV, but the rest was enought for my short stay.

The place looks as expected but I came across several bugs. Trash sat outside of others doors my entire stay. The smell was horrific. Walls are thin and can hear everything from above apartment and across. Neighbors were very loud. Limited parking. I barely stayed here because I couldn’t sleep due to noise and didn’t feel safe.

Clean easy check in host was friendly and communicative
