Location was convenient and the layout of the apartment has a good amount of space.

The condition of the apartment on arrival was not acceptable. Multiple beds had hair and visible stains on the bedding, which meant we were unable to use several of them on the first night. We ended up having to wash all bedding ourselves to make the apartment usable. In addition, there were multiple cleanliness and hygiene issues, including mold in the washing machine lining and inside the refrigerator, a coffee pot containing old coffee residue, a toaster that was rusty and filled with crumbs, and kitchen countertops that had not been properly cleaned. Overall, it did not appear that the apartment had been professionally cleaned between guests. There were also concerns with how the property was represented. The listing is presented as a three-bedroom apartment, however, after booking and paying a non-refundable amount, additional disclosures clarified that it is effectively a two-bedroom unit with an internal room (without windows) furnished as a bedroom. It was not clear at that stage what options were available if a guest did not accept this arrangement, which made the overall presentation feel misleading. Communication was inconsistent. Prior to arrival, responses were limited, and a request for details regarding a wheelchair rental (which the property had offered) was not followed through. During the stay, an interaction with property management was uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational. A representative arrived unannounced, knocked aggressively, and raised the possibility of charging us for potential damage related to air conditioning usage. The tone of the interaction was defensive and escalated unnecessarily. Despite all of the above, the only resolution offered was a waiver of the cleaning fee, which did not reflect the impact on our stay, particularly the fact that the apartment was not usable as intended on the first night. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet the standard expected at this price point.

The on site staff is really nice, the area is beautiful, the pool was good

Most of it was undergoing renovations as of early 2026. Seems to be a family environment so there can be some rowdy kids staying there.

estaba muy sucio, dejaron la basura del inquilino anterior, la bolsa de basura llena en el tacho, una puerta completamente desencajada, los sillones llenos de migas y sin mantas suficientes para una ola de frío ya que es invierno. No funcionaba bien la calefacción. Una pena porque ya habíamos parado allí y estaba bien mantenido.

I did like there was a beach nearby, but there was a little to no direction. There’s also very little options in regards to dining.

While were there, there was trouble with the water heater. You only left a singular roll of paper towels and toilet paper for the bathroom for several days only one pad for the dishwasher. The doors were broken in the condo the back door to go out the balcony was broken. This could be a really nice spot however it has not been well kept whatsoever. Also, while we were there, it was cold out. It was very clear that the furnace filters have not been changed in a timely manner. The heat for the building also did not work.
