AC no funcionó correctamente

Hello,  Please consider this a claim for booking #ORB14271903 - Miami OR 805. We stayed in the appartment # 805 (building C) from 4th to 11th July 2025. In the listing at Booking.com it was advertised that apartment has ocean view with a balcony access , however in reality balcony was closed with no access  during our stay due to exterior construction. Hence we were not able to breathe fresh ocean air on the balcony and that was a major disappointment . I asked the reception if they could move us to other unit with balcony access (other part of the building did not have exterior construction works), but reception said they cannot do so. Building management was aware about balconies closure and exterior construction since it’s obviously started way before I booked the apartment on July 2nd, but did not tell us anything about this fact during the booking process. Knowing this in advance could absolutely impact my decision to book this property.  Please see pictures attached to prove the balcony was closed from the outside (see the stick blocking the door from opening and construction debris). With that said I ask about a compensation due to Booking listing misstatement . Regards, Vadym

It was very clean and convenient with the market inside of the building to the cafe. The balcony view was also very beautiful. Everything was just perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was that my key fob kept messing up.

The size of the property, plenty of space. It was very clean and very well equipped. Communication was excellent.

Looks a bit tired and dated. No access to the balcony (we were informed of before our stay).

There were a couple broken things

Property was great! The host/property manager was wonderful! Checked up on us and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach and had all we needed for days we spent at the beach. Gym , pool, onsite convenience store, laundry room and tennis courts! Will definitely come back!
