Best of Ocean Reserve by Cielo Stays

I loved the location and the view from the balcony of the ocean and the beautiful buildings. Nice apartment, it was clean, almost everything you need was in the apartment.

The fans in the toilets didn't work, the interior doors don't close well, and there was no ladle to put soup on the plates. And it would have been nice to have wine glasses. And the couch needs to be cleaned, it has a bad odor.

The pool area was good family friendly.

The front desk reception was not friendly, had a bad attitude like every question was a burden for him to answer. We avoided the front desk area throughout our stay. When we left i told him at the front desk the room was ready for cleaning and we were leaving, he just glared at me and said nothing. We will not recommend or return to this property.

Directly across the street from the beach and very easy access to Florida Highway. Front Desk staff was very helpful. Self parking so not having to pay expensive amount for Valet was great. Close to Shopping Mall and walking distance to strip mall area.

The unit owner doesn't go over apartment prior to your arrival to make sure everything is clean,they charge you $120 for cleaning fee so you would think that a professional did the cleaning but that wasn't the case, the bedroom bedding easily hadn't been washed in over a month(the sheets had the fuzz beads developing on them), the sofa-bed sheets had blood on them. Had to go to Walmart(just after checking in Sunday) and purchase new sheets for sofa-bed because Wife didn't want kids sleeping on them even if they were to be washed. Emailed the host about it they never replied and next day(Monday) while we were out in the City the host brought replacement sheets Never notifying me, they just let themselves into the Unit while we were away. I spent the first day having to clean and sanitize the bedroom bedding and sweeping/mopping entire floors. Kitchen cabinets are splitting and rust developing inside the refrigerator. I left my laundry card so the next guest doesn't have to deal with the headache of getting card. The couch, sofa-bed and queen bed were very uncomfortable to lay on or sit, extremely hard and firm.

Great apartment, great location and a very safe and friendly place. We had a great family vacation

The air condition filters were leaking and we put towels to collect the water. Also we came and the towels were in the dryer and the apartment was not well cleaned. It turned out the cleaning lady thought we’re coming the next day.

Great location

The apartment was dirty. There was dust on the fans and light fixtures. Our pillows after I took the sheets off the last day looked burnt on the corners. Another sheet set had makeup stains on it, a night stand the handle was broke, the screws were coming out of the balcony glass door. One of the rooms the TV was not thete even though they said all rooms had tv's. I had to let them know these things so I wasn't charged when we left. We also paid the resort fee twice! Once, when we booked and another time at check in. I message them about this, but they gave me no response. When I told the resort front desk, they could care less that I paid already and didn't even ask the people I booked it through, which was in an office in the same building. Great location though, walk across to the beach was nice, near the pier, which was nice. The bagel/coffee restaurant in the building was good! Decent time, just which it was cleaner and I didn't pay the resort fee twice. I've still never had that resolved.
