PARKING SITUATION

clean, good location!

don’t have a pool!

The location. Period, that is it.

Was not given the proper code to get key for unit. Microwave unsafe to use as a chunk of the door was missing. The door trim that dropped on my foot while going to the bathroom. The fact that the property manager did not ask if I was hurt by the falling door trim. she didn’t answer my 2am call while stuck outside, only got in to sleep as a window was left open. No assistance when I was having issues with paying parking. the parking that was listed as free when I booked BTW. And because I could not get a spot under her code I paid upwards of $33/8hrs. The fact she tried to blame me and my sister for the code issue. The AC that technically works but can’t keep up with the daytime heat. She did offer to send her assistant at 10:15 pm when I called about the parking issue. Then she said she tried to call but I had no record the next morning. somehow my sister got through to me so I called Vickie, the property manager, and stated I just wanted to make the best of an awful situation and no I do not trust someone in my unit without me there. At this point she “graciously” offered to refund my $ and I could go elsewhere. An empty offer for a holiday weekend with an air show going on as well. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional person in all my travels or any customer service situation. She is full of hot air and empty promises. the cherry on this whole experience is how she treated my sister. Her sick husband went to the bathroom and the toilet clogged. Vickie requested an e-mail for the bill for the professional plumber!!!! claiming he broke the new toilet. Seriously?! We got back from our day about and saw the cleaning woman with two plungers. Guess she wears many hats. But only cleans lines and surfaces for the cleaning fee and expects a tip. The walls and appliances were dirty when we got there complete with a dirty dish towel. You are required to dispose of your own trash. and put lines in an invisible basket. almost forgot the bed.

Location. Comfortable. Quiet.

Need to get visitor parking pass and fight for parking spot. Glad not to have to pay meter, though.

great location in a quiet part of the boardwalk, modern design, very clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen, extra linens, beach chairs. all provided with love and attention to details. there was an issue with the bed first night but it was addressed quickly. Vicky was nice and attentive.

Property Manager Vicky, is superb....Room is excellent right on the beach. Great time!

Great location close to the beach in a quiet area. Nice to find beach chairs, beach towels and sun umbrella in the unit.

Wasn't aware parking was on the street at $30/day
