The Cove at Boynton Beach

Close proximity to highway, easy access

Everything was amazing. Super quiet area, communication was amazing. I do think some things could have been updated because there was some water damage in the bathroom. But other than that it was a big enough area for the 4 of us.

Liked: proximity to areas of interest, not far from the airport (Palm Beach), nice space rather than just having a hotel room

This was a great place and a great location. Our one negative is that there are no elevators and our unit was on the third floor. We had reached out in advance to request a lower unit and we were placed in a third floor unit. It was quite the climb for my elderly mother. When we reached out upon arrival we had a quick response and were told they would see if there was something they could do. We never heard from anyone again for the rest of our stay.

No safety features in bathroom: no grab bars in tub, no bath mat. Poor condition of unit in general: needed paint job throughout. Porch table peeling paint. No pots for use in microwave. Furniture shabby. Pool areas were only good part.

The property/rental management was very responsive to all of my needs. I had a few issues after checking in and the team responded quickly. The unit itself could use a few improvements. The shower/bathtub floors were very slippery and I had to purchase a rubber shower mat. The kitchen could use a few more essentials such as dish towels, pot holders, and microwaveable bowls. The televisions only had streaming services in which you had to be a member to view.

Apartment was very neat and comfortable w new appliances Patio was dirty and no outside lights and leaves on stairs..... Had trouble getting code but customer service was very helpful

Condo was nice and spacious. Close to shops and restaurants. The condo could use some minor updates but overall ok for my needs.

Upon arriving the hallway up two flights of stairs was pitch black. It was raining outside, after multiple attempts to get into our room we called for help. We were told to go try again so back through the rain and dark. No luck then we find out the lock isn’t working and our room wasn’t cleaned. So they moved us to a one bedroom. We go there (with wrong directions) and that rooms doesn’t open. Good grief! Now we’re soaked. We are told no matainence person there and could be for an hour or more. Two hours later we’re in. The room smells, has a broken table, stained couch and the water smells like rotten eggs. There’s an old rugs outside the room. We could hear a phone ringing all night. The room was right next to the complex entry gate. It was 11 pm when we finally got in and we’re exhaustesd and no sleep all night. The next day our 2 bedroom wasn’t ready after asking multiple times until afternoon. We come back after dinner and it’s still pitch black with n outside lights up to the second floor. Finally in this room and it was much better. This was a horrible experience. They offered the difference in the price between the one bedroom and two. I said no I didn’t book a one bedroom and with all the problems I wanted one night free which they finally agreed. It’s too bad the property looked nice and the second room was spacious and so much better but I would not choose to stay here again or recommend staying to others. Very stressful and all we wanted was a restful week.
