The road noise was a lot but not terrible after the evening got late.

Whenever I had an issue customer service was very helpful resolving the issue

Pool , clubhouse, pickleball courts

Road noise in unit 433; door lock was very noisy and took multiple days to get repaired which interrupted sleep

Perfect location, great amenities, friendly staff.

The location of our enclosed porch we could not sit out there. The traffic is extremely noisy and loud all hours of the day. Would’ve been nice to have a little more silverware. We had only one spoon had to go out and buy them and we had to buy three frying pans cause there was only one small frying pan.

Very nice accommodations.

No elevator

Nice layout, spacious apartment for a couple. Good central location

Shower did not drain, clogged with a mass of filthy hair (which must have built up over a long time) which we had to dig out with a fork. Admittedly the previous guests must have reported it as a handyman showed up to clean it (but I had already done so). The air filter on the AC unit looked like it had never been changed; completely gummed up with dust/dirt. Apartment was on 3rd floor - no elevator. Walls / windows are not even slightly soundproof. We were woken up often by the sound of traffic in the adjoining road. Before checkout received a message from the property managers threatening a $200 fine if we did not put the garbage out in a specific manner.

The condo could of be nice

WE got in the condo and the tub had a big crack in it tub was unusable They moved us , the next condo had nothing in it . no sheets, towels , kitchen was empty. so we left. We did get are money back

The amenities being close to town and the beach, a lot of nice restaurants, friendly people

Did not like that our porch was facing the street (building four)we can’t use the porch at all too noisy. The traffic is terrible all hours of the night and morning.

The apartment was certainly large enough, decent bed, plenty of pans, dishes, etc, and Furnished well.

There was no property manager onsite so any issue was done via telephone. We had a problem with the door lock—it malfunctioned and every hour it went off as if someone was trying to get in. It was frightening. This happened the entire night and when I called and reported it , I was told someone would come in 25 minutes. That did not happen. When I called the next time, I was told someone would come within 24 hours!! I had to make additional calls regarding repair. Noise y neighbor above-/ either kids or dog would run overhead at early and late hours of day snd night! Property was on busy 14th street—lot of road noise. There were huge televisions in the unit,but , unfortunately it was all streaming. And we are not familiar with streaming so this was another hurdle,

I was not even allowed to check in because they rejected my submitted documents, huge invasion of privacy they will ask for a selfie with your id to check in even though its incredibly sensitive info and frequently used for important banking institutions ; when they say non refundable they mean it even if they refuse to let you stay ; avoid at all costs find a place that has a front desk to checkin to avoid issues like this
