The bed was very uncomfortable, noisy, and terrible for sleep

Fitness center was the best.

Noisy outside traffic on busy street.

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for me and my best friend. I would definitely come again! We were minutes from the beach, grocery stores, shops, & downtown Amelia. The location was perfect and our stay was perfect!!

Enjoyed the stay other than the carpet tacks poking through the carpet and into my foot :/

The location was the only positive thing I can say about this rental.

Filthy dirty from the hallways and staircase is entering the unit with garbage bags everywhere on a daily basis all the way through the unit. I sent both Booking.com and the leasing company over 55 pictures of proof (added 4 below, wish I could have shared more) and it took them 6 days to minimally remedy the situation. Water stains on the ceiling, moldy shower curtain dragging in the tub, sisel rug looked like 100 cats had a party on it, it took six days, but it was eventually removed, and underneath it were 4 cups of sand. Counters and floors were filthy, blood stain sheets, dog urine on the carpets. The list goes on. Despite requesting a full refund so I could relocate to a hotel, and after sending 55 pictures below of proof, it took them six days to minimally resolve removing the rug and raising, replacing the shower curtain so I ended up having to buy my own mattress pad my own sheets my own pillow is my own pillow covers and my own comforter just to be comfortable. Buyer beware, these units in this building are not well taken care of, met several residents who also shared similar stories, this is an apartment complex that is generally well kept and beautiful from the outside but this one particular building that’s used for short term rentals is an absolute disaster. I arrived late in the evening and ended up spending almost 5 hours cleaning the unit just to make it inhabitable for $3500 a month. If you email or call to report the issues to their customer service line or to Booking.com, you will never get a hold of anyone in leadership or management to help. All you get is lip service, and apologies. I would never even consider staying or recommending the short-term rentals to anyone.

Great location, the space was much better than a hotel room. The closet in the bedroom was large, so we were not tripping over suitcases. Gym and pool were welcome amenities.

Location could have been walking distance to the ocean, but we knew it wasn't going in.

Very neat and clean. Great location.

There was a dog constantly barking and could hear through the bedroom wall late at night.
