Comfortable, clean,near centre, parking available.

Could do with a few more kitchen utensils, eg oven tray and oven gloves as tray was extremely hot to get out with tea towel and not very safe. Very small space at bottom of beds to get round which was quite tricky to do.

Very narrow gap round the foot of the bed. Night time navigation to the toilet rather tricky.

The property was clean and well furnished. It has its own parking space which is a plus. The apartment is well located, close to the town centre.

The beds filled the bedrooms, making it difficult to walk around the bed, especially at night in the dark.

The overall layout of the apartment, the fact that it was spotlessly clean with everything that you could need while staying there plus the off road allocated parking in a barrier controlled car park

Both bedrooms could at best be described as compact! There was just enough room for a double bed in both and it was virtually impossible to walk around either bed as they were almost touching the wall plus black out blinds would be a real bonus in both.Also the apartment must be very well insulated as it was like a sauna all the time and even with the windows open we were unable to reduce the temperature. Probably not possible in an apartment but there was no way to separate the recycling

No 8 is an exceptionally clean and well presented apartment. However, lacked some basics and the location isn't great. Everything was finished to a high standard and many things like the showers and kitchen appliances look brand new. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked some basics like a salad bowl and salt/pepper, and bizarrely, the dinner plates were too large to stand up in the dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, with nice clean linen. The bathroom toiletries only extend to hand wash and hand lotion, no shower gel, etc. bath towels rather than bath sheets are provided and no hooks in the bathroom at all for your clothes. The apartment isn't in the nicest part of Cheltenham, as we discovered when we went to look for a food shop, and is situated on a very busy road, with significant traffic noise even when windows were closed. It was a difficult review to rate as some elements were exceptional (finish and cleanliness) but fundamental basics lacking and not a nice area.
