Spacious apartment , well situated and close to cathedral, museums and dockside

Quite a noisy area with renovations happening close by, pillows weren’t good

Very spacious well equipped and like the interior very fresh and modern

Nothing not to like perfect ,

Nothing much, the person on the phone would benefit from some training to be more courteous and polite.

The shower was difficult to operate, the concierge was rude when I asked for help. I had to skip the shower. They also have these draconian conditions, paying £250 upfront for any damage. it took almost a week to get them back. It is to the cleaners to report no damage. No lift, had to go 3 floors carrying heavy weights twice, no help.
