Another warm welcome from the owners and beautiful layout at the property. Good ground floor access for my parents with restricted mobility. Owners happy to advise on restaurants and places to go.

"Gorgeous, luxury apartment perfect for a family stay"

Great location right next to Peasholm park, the little railway, north bay and Alpamare. Beautifully done out inside. Comfy beds. Well equipped. Parking permit to park on the road outside. Lovely friendly super accommodating host. We felt really welcome.

The only thing is I was woken by the people above. But that’s not the property’s fault!

"perfect location, modern and spotlessly clean"

the location was ideal for the seafront, Peasholme Park and Outdoor Theatre. it was decorated to high standard and felt more like home than a room for the night. The bed was clean and the mattress firm which I like. Debbie was a fantastic host and kept in touch regularly and was very prompt in meeting us and getting parking permits for us

The only minor thing was there were no curtains so the light came through the blinds early on the morning and although it wouldn’t stop me staying again, it would be nice to have the option of making the room darker if wanted.
