Luxury Studio Cottage at Foot of Yorkshire Wolds

The place was beautiful. The host was really welcoming and friendly and would recommend this place to anyone. we will definitely look at booking again

This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back

This is a stunning house and everything here is clean fancy and comfortable. My family enjoys here very much. Definitely worth every penny and would highly recommend it to my friends.

the location is a little bit hard to find, but the hosts are very patient and nice to give us direction on phone. it’s in the countryside, but very pretty and peaceful.

I absolutely love the check-in process at this place. The host goes above and beyond by providing detailed instructions that make everything so easy. And let me tell you, the property itself is absolutely amazing! The decorations are top-notch and create such a fantastic atmosphere. As a city dweller, being here feels like stepping into a modern village, and I can't get enough of it. I'm definitely coming back if I ever get the chance. It's just that good!

Had an amazing stay here for a birthday weekend. Exceptional facilities, easy access, friendly hosts & staff, perfect location for use of the park & rides into York. I cannot fault it.

Absolutely beautiful. The main house, the surroundings and the cottage itself were stunning. The cottage was kitted out with everything you could possibly need including a modern kitchen, comfortable cinema area and gorgeous patio. The hosts were so lovely too, nothing was too much trouble. They were texting with suggestions of where we could eat when we asked last minute, meaning we went for a lovely meal in the local area. We will absolutely be back. Perfect for families who are going to flamingo land like we were- around a half an hour drive.
