"Great family stay"

Wow, very spacious and the kitchen is so big, Perfect in the town centre it's close to all supermarkets. It was super clean and ideal for our family of 4 our 2 teenage boys enjoyed every minute of our stay. We emailed after our stay as we left something behind, we got a fast response back.

Curtains need replacement as they're too small to cover the windows. Blinds for the light would be a great buy .

The place was very spacious, great for family's The heating was a great plus.

Very noisy roads, which cant be helped. But sleep was limited. Could do with some new doors, as some wouldn't shut, Would have been nice for the TV to have channels. Curtains aren't great, need some to fit the actual window's and blackout blinds.

We left the property after 15minutes of arriving. Do not stay here

The dirty marks on the mattress. The smell of damness. The wires hanging from the kitchen light switch. The sticky floors. Paid for 10 days and been refused a refund. We stayed in there for 15minutes before leaving

List of things to complain about: no hot water except in shower which is on different system; heat and gas did not work (after watching video of how to operate systems in rental); window coverings falling down and inadequate (sun pouring in at 4 in the morning); inadequate directions to locate property ( words go around bac would help) keys not where we were told (they did fix this issue on the phone). Got in late and exhausted and barely slept. Awful towels were the least of our worries. Spend money on some other than signs telling me to relax and meditate. Not worth the price.

Wonderful wee flat in a great central location. Beautifully decorated with great facilities, very comfortable and cosy. Great place to stay.
