Curtains in twin bedroom need attention .

Could not get access to premises. Called numerous times with no reply. Had driven down for golf and had to return home. Really angry as no reply. 5 pensioners on a golf trip. Service was non existant

Advertised as car parking on site, this is not true. Staircase to property is poorly lit and a fall hazard. TV had no aerial. Lounge curtains don’t fit window and room is overlooked. Master bedroom curtains are completely see through and room is overlooked so cannot get undressed unless you’re happy to be seen! Boiler was broken, showing as having an internal electrical fault. My first night it was 5c in the property and I had to go to bed fully dressed with a massive coat on but still had no sleep. The property management knew this as they has bought plug in heaters… but could not be used as feet not attached so posed a fire risk. I spent a few hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue but no joy! I did end up being relocated on the second night, but had to pay out and get a refund from the property. The property management said I would get just one night refunded (apparently the first night of staying in a nightmare property was acceptable)… minus their cleaning fee of £30?!?! Hidden fee that should be clearly stated in their property description. I never saw any of this refund from the property but have managed to resolve with hotels.com directly. The company that own this apartment are absolute cowboys and should not be allowed to advertise through hotels.com AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!! Sleep and hours of my life on the phone that I will never get back….. I should have taken more pictures but my phone was being used to deal with the issues

It had everything you needed at the property great position for food etc

The passage to go to the property is very dark to walk down and a light needed at the door Parking was not easy as it was very busy and you cannot park outside

Great location for exploring and near to local pubs and shops. Videos show how to get best from property...a must watch.

Curtains very poor so ok in winter but I imagine very light in the summer. Very slippery steps to property but it was -4 on arrival

Location good. A few issues with boiler and electric tripping but on the whole good.

Lighting up the alley did not come on until you got quite well up towards the stairs and when leaving the property the lights did not come on until you got to the bottom, very dark and dangerous.

Location was good and very close to restaurants and bars

Was not easy to get in contact with the owners, no keys in lock box on arrival as apartment was already in use by other customer who ended up having to leave with all possessions being left at front door. Not a good way to run a business at all

The location was fairly central, so it was handy for walking places. The flat was clean, and had all the facilities we needed. The beds were really comfy.

The heating was fine when it worked, but the timer was unpredictable, so the heating didn't always come on in the morning, meaning that it was really cold when we got up. This wasn't helped by the fact that one of the windows wouldn't close. The rooms could also do with better curtains. The curtains were thin and didn't cover the windows. We had to drape bedding over the curtain rails in the bedrooms so that the light didn't wake us up.

Very big Appartment really good for big family.

Entrance was very scary, there is no light at entrance very dark and scary entrance.

Very well presented and clean. A very comfortable apartment to stay in. The video advising where we had to find the entrance and how the facilities work was excellent.

We did have a problem with the front door key when we returned one evening. The lock does not open properly. Sorted out as soon as we phoned for assistance.
