Unfortunately, we could hear people talking from the street below at random times of the night. Windows covered with broken blinds that don’t fit window entirely, so it let in so much light. Also, as soon as you enter the property, the smell from the carpet is awful. The bathtub water tab is loose. You have to pull up the tab before turning the water on to avoid having both the shower running and the bathtub filling up with water. TV channels had a great selection. Instructions to get into the property and into the apartment were easy to follow.

On ne vous donne pas d’accès au logement si vous ne versez pas une caution de 200€ sur laquelle des frais de remboursements sont appliqués, l’appartement était très sale, ma fille s’est baladé en chaussettes, en quelques minutes elles étaient noires. Des cheveux dans l’évier et la douche, des poêles sales, les climatiseurs sales. Les photos postées en ligne ont été modifiées par l’IA, lit non confortables, 0 isolation au niveau des fenêtres. À fuir.

The room was clean and inviting. The room was nice and comfortable. Nice view.

The 3rd floor rooms need more amenities so the guests don't have to climb stairs all the time. Maybe add some pots,coffee, creamer, sugar, lotion, and shower gel.

Good central location, mostly comfortable apartment

Previous guests have left food in the cupboards including an open bag of rice. I am pretty sure that’s what attracted the cockroach we saw in the kitchen which was what made me score the apartment the way I did. The process of getting the door code to gain entry was EXTREMELY confusing and needs to be improved. We were on the street for half an hour trying to get in and it required multiple texts which did not help at all and was finally clarified when we were able to speak to a person. The description needs to include a picture of which door to access - there was no number outside the door so we mistakenly went to the one next to 205 thinking that was 207. Leaving out the # sign on the code in the description also added to the confusion. I do think we should have been able to make a phone call and get assistance immediately but the contactless check in means when you are struggling with something it’s takes a long time to get hold of a person and that doesn’t put you in a good mood when it takes you half an hour to resolve an issue. Somebody should be more available to deal with problems. Getting a voicemail message is not good customer service when your issue is important - like not being able to get in.

There was no number on the door and the keypad entry instructions were incomplete.

Love the location of the property and the convenience to be able to get around. It was very clean uncomfortable.

Only thing I didn’t like about the property was that I seen two bucks, but I did not pay any of mine to it just knowing that I am in the middle of the city, but other than that, there was nothing not to like about this property

Nice play to stay! Parking was available on the street right out front, my suite was comfortable and clean, and I was the person helping me online was very attentive and kind.
