The management staff was so prompt in responding to questions , friendly and accommodating! The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was remodeled, smelled nice and water pressure in the bathroom was great!! There was a cool ice cream/hotdog stand right across the street 😊

There was a strong smell of weed outside the building

Just a few blocks from the metro and a great breakfast spot.

In an apartement for 4 persones there were two chairs and two drinking glases available. Parking lot only on public street.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the towels and wash cloths were great.

No address on the Apt door (I was at the next door apt. trying to get in. I could've got shot trying a strangers door. The hallway to the building and the apartment itself smelled like smoke. ( It's supposed to be non-smoking) The door didn't lock properly to the apt. The location was not the greatest, and I honestly a little unsafe. You guys gave a quiet time (9pm to 8am), but at 2am their were folks outside the building yelling and having loud conversations. Sorry to sound so negative, but as a person who has never booked any type of air bnb or anything similar but a hotel room...my first experience wasn't the greatest.

Nice property ! Communication was Fast & very helpful . The main issues were online rules , switching or no longer being available .. Just Double check everything before renting lol but aside from that . Everything was Great ! Super Cute rooms too ✨️🤍

The place was great had the best stay easy to move around and the host was great will love to come back again

Ordered the two bedroom apartment which I did get, but it wasn’t the one I expected. I Reserved the 1500 square-foot apartment. The one I got was much smaller. The building is very old. The bathroom had a moldy mildew smell It also said the amenities in the photographs were a highchair when I asked about the highchair they said that wasn’t an option. When you enter the property, the hallway smelled horrible when you enter the property the smell wasn’t as bad, but it did not smell fresh at all. There were four bags of clothes blocking the emergency exit. A small thing, but there were no trash bags in the trashcan also No proper working WiFi. And the remotes to the tv don’t work and you need to download an app in order to change the channel on the television. I snapped a picture of one. Also, there was a $200 deposit that I paid months in advance and left the property intact but I only received $193 back from my $200 deposit after being asked to write a review to “speed up the process” to get my deposit back. I almost forgot to mention there were roaches. I snapped a picture of one a rather large one I might add.

Close to Subway station (approx. 200 m easy walk up the street). The appartment was clean.

Conversation was at the beginning all about that we pay the deposit even if the stay was about 8 weeks away. This was really annoying as we felt like criminals renting the apparment. We infomed them that we won't have WIFI to get the door code at 3pm the same day and they promised to write a text message with the code. That didn't happend, but we luckly got a hotspot connection from other people trying to get to their accomendation. Many things were brocken e.g. door knops and knops on the closets. Smoke detector was not exsiting in the kitchen. Expiment of the kitchen was really, really poor (not enough utensilities to cook a meal) and the fridge leaked water at the beginning. The shower head didn't worked well and the tube got most of the water, which is not usefull when you like to shower. I had to wash my long hair at the kitchen sink.
