Affordable Cozy&Chic Hotel in Philadelphia

The kitchen has roaches, the shower didn’t work properly, bad smell in the hallway. Definitely not prepared to go up two flights of stairs. One remote control not working and there was no one to contact in the case of an emergency.

The beds were very comfortable and the area was clean.

There was a car accident outside and the lights from the police kept me up until late.

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. It was clean and we felt safe. The location was close to the L line and G trolley! When we go back to Philadelphia we will definitely stay here again!

Horrible customer service and the place don’t tell the truth about smoking policies.

Size of rooms

The photos do not reflect reality — the property is quite run-down and outdated. Cleanliness was below expectations — not up to standard at all. The amenities are fundamental, with only the bare minimum provided. Some of the lights did not work properly, and overall, maintenance seems to be neglected. The neighborhood feels unsafe and poorly maintained; walking around does not feel secure, especially at night. Despite what was advertised, there is no private parking. You must search for street parking, and each morning we worried whether our car would still be there. A large security deposit is required, which is surprising considering the property's poor condition. Furthermore, it takes a long time to get the deposit back and the amount was less than initial with no commentary

Terrible I didn’t like anything about this place it don’t look like the pictures I also just tried to upload pictures so y’all can see but it’s saying I can’t upload them the place was horrible and I would hate for somebody to spend their money that they work hard for just to come here

No tissue no dish liquid to wash only one trash bag roaches everywhere their communication is terrible don’t respond only respond one time over the phone then they will tell you to read check in instructions even if you ask a simple question soon as you walk in the place have a odor if y’all ever been to like a project house or a dirty crib in norf you know what smell I’m talking about, wood works are extremely dirty it’s cracks on the wall spider webs as well I also took pictures before I left out, The bathroom is dirty when you turn the shower on the foist for the tub runs out water as well so when you take a shower it’s like your taking a bath too, Also when you pull the Jawn up to turn the shower on the knob will come out so don’t think you broke it cause it’s already broke the bed is terrible it’s a twin size bed and you sink all the way to the bottom I also have asthma and the unit right next to this one down stairs smells like weed they also want an additional 200 fee after you book so the place is literally like 4 something not worth it the inside of the place literally looks like a Bando the area is super busy and loud all you hear is cars dirk bikes riding pass people yelling and again they charge you an extra 200 dollars after you book the place looks nothing like the pictures so be mindful And I just received an email of them saying I’m order to get my extra 200 I have to leave an review they also want you to leave the trash in the unit when they only provide one trash bag I tried to upload pictures and videos of the roaches but I have all the proof in my phone this place is terrible oh yeah this place is nowhere downtown

Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. Neighborhood was as expected for West Philly. Quiet at night and felt safe to walk around during the day. The building was clean and quiet. Spacious unit, comfortable bedding, convenient to shops to pick up food and essentials. The space was clean and got great sunlight. A few more basic essentials would’ve been nice. Had to buy body wash, wash cloths, cooking oil, ice tray, aluminum foil and a frying pan. Was a good value for the price and the essential items were easy to pick up in the neighborhood. Free street parking was easy to find. Would stay here again!
