Affordable Cozy&Chic Hotel in Philadelphia

I liked that it was affordable but overall my expectations led me to disappointment

Based on the advertisement of the property, I had high expectations walking in. Unfortunately, my guest and I were not satisfied with how the property looked. I’m not sure if the photos were tweaked to help with the appeal/appearance of the property but the only thing that looked similar to the photos to us were the paintings on the wall. The property’s temperature was cold like there was a draft; probably coming from the window with the AC that had tape around it. The bed was uncomfortable for me because it was more on the stiff side and made sleeping not comfy at all. There isn’t any doors on the closets and not liven a side table or dresser in the rooms. Highly disappointed with the layout and presentation of the property. The area that the stay is in barely has any stores and a majority of the stores are either shut down or far distanced.

Overall this place as exactly what it says cozy and cute. Only thing I wish they had was mirrors somewhere else other than the bathroom. I came for a music festival so it would have been nice to look at my outfit in full. Overall staying here got the job done and I would book again.

To preface, I understand there is a large economic disparity in Philadelphia. It's not the fault of the average citizen. It is the result of decades of systemic inequality. That being said, the area that this apartment is located in is not safe. I wouldn't recommend that any outside travelers stay here for very long. Also, the shower faucet does not work properly.

Rough neighborhood

The location was great! Very close to public transportation including bus and train into the city. Management was prompt with their responses to every question that we had. Everything was clean and comfortable. It felt spacious with 2 rooms and a kitchen. We loved the skylights in the bathroom. We would definitely book again.

It didn't have quite enough TP for a family of 4, but we understand the need to keep costs down.

The fotos on Booking site was totally different from the apartment we stayed. The apartment had only one bed and one chair in each room and nothing else.

This place was exactly what I needed - simple, clean, and close to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Good connection to the city, apartment has all necessities

The location seemed sketchy and was loud, pictures were a little misleading as in real life it did not look as cozy. Apartment is a little old and I expected better.
