Lovely flat everything we needed. Central location. Clean and light. Good facilities. Close to restaurants

Needs a few finishing touches. Hinges on kitchen cupboards loose freezer ripped etc

At first we were concerned that it was on the "high street", but it was perfectly situated. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to get to see much of the town, except for a couple of restaurants. Our visit was because my granddaughter was competing at Auchlishie equestrian centre, where she did amazingly well, getting 2nd place and her team getting 3rd. The weather was beautiful for the weekend. The accommodation was absolutely 💯 % The only thing missing was a teapot, we are big tea drinkers lol Everything else was fabulous, after a day out at Auchlishie, the beds were very welcoming and VERY comfortable. I've stayed in a few places booked online, and this was by far the best 👌 I will definitely use No 1 again

No teapot No washing machine, but that was ok for short stay. I like to put used towels in the washing machine when I'm leaving

"Great value for money and very clean and cosy apartment from which to tour that region of Scotland."

Flat was very clean. Very nicely furnished, beds very comfortable. Central location in village. Bus to Dundee stops right outside. Pub next door serves delicious good value food and drink. Place very quiet. Great location to travel about Scotland. Town itself is very quaint and extremely quiet.

Check out at 11am was a bit early so that felt rushed. Also no access to a vacuum cleaner.
