Charming 2 Bedroom Flat in the Heart of Kirriemuir

The flat was beautifully decorated and really homely and it was exceptionally clean. It’s also situated in the centre of Kirriemuir so you’re close to the shops, restaurants and lovely walks.

Heating arrangement

Excellent location for shops, bars & restaurants. Was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and utensils. Would highly recommend staying here.

Small issues with heating to begin with but this was quickly rectified by owners Max & Rebecca.

Good views, and plenty of cups and glasses

There was no heat the first night.

The heating arrangement

Lovely little property in the heart of rural Scotland: however, the property hadn't been cleaned or the beds changed prior to our arrival! We contacted the owner who informed us a cleaner would be with us by 10am the following day. We arrived at the property at 8pm on a Sunday night, after a five hour drive and spent the next two hours cleaning the kitchen and bathroom but still had no beds to sleep in so the sofa had to do for the first night. The cleaner did arrive the following day and did a fantastic job. Cleanliness issues sorted, this is a lovely little property.
