Place a spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the milk they provided for our tea!

The owners waited until the day before arrival to make contact with the instructions of how to ensure the property, very unsatisfactory. The first locked double doors were extremely difficult to unlock then the second door was very difficult to unlock and open! Very unsatisfactory.

Contact about entering the property. The locked doors were very tricky to open

"Slightly disappointed in Elstree"

The location was perfect

The flat had clearly been decorated recently as the photos on here aren't the reality now. It's very dark, poorly painted. It is really damp and smells quite badly. Curtain in the lounge needs looking at, very difficult to open and close. All the doors are difficult to open and close but I just think it's because the flat is so damp. Main bedroom could do with a chest or drawers or at least a dressing table. Can only use one lamp in the bedroom as the other isn't plugged in. Bed is very uncomfortable, can feel all the springs. Second bedroom is also poor, headboard is from a different bed, could also benefit from a small dressing table, maybe even a TV. Bathroom looks quite new, could do with a blind even though it has frosted glass, it is on the ground floor so open to anyone. Bathroom could do with a good clean also. Lounge was well appointed, furniture was ok but I wouldn't suggest using the sofa as a sofa bed because the moment you roll over it tips up. Fire place looks new but plug and extension could be done better, not safe in my opinion. Kitchen is a fair size has most things apart from a tin opener and could do with some oven trays. Glasses in the cupboard were dirty and had to wash before use. Everything else was great. Smoke alarm fell off the ceiling. Both front doors could also do with some adjustments as they are difficult to open. The location is the best thing about this flat, just a short walk into Elstree and the train station. This is also a ground floor flat, so has an upstairs neighbour who is quite heavy footed. Landlord was available as we spoke due to there being parking restrictions outside the property and needing a parking permit which is in the property. Restrictions are between 2-3 Monday to Friday. Parking is only a lay by outside, not a drive

The basic facility is complete and suitable for the use.

The mattress and sofa are already very stuffy. The doorknob of the toilet is broken. The parking space at the door is full, so parking elsewhere will be delayed.
