Amazing building and great location if you are visiting Liverpool. Apartment was very nice, modern, clean and loads of room.

Brand new, refurbished, new design, very Instagram- able. Great location. Needs a bit of TLC and imagination and will be 10/10.

- kitchen didn't have space for food, the toaster needed to be plugged in the living room, as there was no socket - not well equipped kitchen, missing spoons, forks, only two tiny pans - bedside lamps don't have sockets near them, so they look good but not functional - no blinds in the living room - we Literally felt like in big brother, everyone on the parking lot could see us - rooms are very small, there is just enough space for beds, one of the bedrooms should be single, and not twin - there is 10cm between the beds.

Lovely property within quiet area. Apartment was fantastic.

The only minor thing was that the only mirror within apartment was in the bathroom.

We found Gibson Manor after unsuccessfully trying to book in at Premier Inn where we have stayed on previous visits to New Brighton, and we’re very glad we did, instead of one room with en-suite, we got 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

No guest guide or info available about TV and Wi-Fi. Limited kitchen equipment if wishing to cook in.
