"Very disappointed and what a poor service!"

Unfortunately I have nothing to stay as I haven’t stayed in this property due to cleaning issues and not be ready for our stay.

Poor service of not having the apartment ready for our stay and last minute telling us that couldn’t hold their cleaning company to clean the apartment. I had to find an alternative stay for a family of 4 at 10pm night this isn’t acceptable. Properly owner promised refund and no email or confirmation came through. Very disappointed!
