Fantastic Condo Ballston with gym

This was a great find for me. My office is in Ballston, where the hotels are overpriced and often overbooked. This was a much better value. The desk staff were very friendly, and the apartment was clean. If i have one piece of advice: don't plan to use the parking garage if you drive a large vehicle. I soowed up in my honda minivan, and it was very difficult to fit it into a parking spot. Other than that one glitch: 10/10.

The bedding was not 100% cotton. I understand that the budget hotels also have synthetic bedding. It’s ok.

Very clean, well-equipped, helpful front desk.

Heat was difficult to control; very warm in apartment. Mini-blinds need attention, and didn't block out much morning light.

Limitations on towel use when I stayed for a week (it should be based upon how long you stay), requirement to buy my own toilet paper, pillows were terrible, missing items in the kitchen

Expected more for the price. Couch uncomfortable and almost falling apart. Previous guest dirty sox under couch. Bed too small and bedspread had stains on it , made us feel uneasy to use facilities. Car park towed our car even though we had a parking slip in it. Costing $185 to retrieve , be carful you don’t get done by this scam.

The place needs a lot of maintenance. Bathroom sink is clogged, tub faucet broken and dirty carpet. Tried to call the host to discuss the issues, no answer… Worst of all is that my car got towed away even after paying $20 per day to park in the underground parking garage and leaving all my car info at check in to let them know I’m a guest in the building. Total mess, and stress… Tried to talk to the towing company and they said they could not see the orange slip the building gave when I checked in displayed properly… I had to pay $215 to release my car full of college stuff for my daughter’s move in day! Total disaster…!
