Location and secure parking excellent

Spent ages trying all the key boxes at entrance to the flats. Eventually found more key boxes around the back of the flats near the secure parking gate. Finally opened the 3rd box and got the keys. Would have been much easier if this detail had been included in joining email instructions. Also advised the next day that wifi code was not working, not a biggie for us, but no response back. The contact number only allows sms messages , you cannot phone them.

The location was perfect for us. So much to do and see close by. The beds were super comfortable.

The WIFI did not work or the TV as no WIFI connection.

Good location and easy access to flat

Not as clean as it looked and varies damage to kitchen door and wardrobe door . TV not working Had to get lead off daughter to get it working and WiFi not working on my iPad in bedroom

I did not manage.to use the property or get in as they kept ignoring all my calls until next morning. But they refunded my money

The living room/dining room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke - this also doubled up as a bedroom so wasn’t great for sleeping and eating in. Limited hot water - not enough for 5 of us to shower. Apartment tatty

The location was the ONLY thing about the apartment that was ok

The moment you walked into the building, it reaked of damp. Upon entering the apartment, the smell of damp was still present and the damage was noticeable. The family bathroom was unusable as the bath had some staining and what looked like a large chemical burn and both toilets were unflushed with feases in. The floor tiles were cracked and loose and if barefoot would cause injury. As you walk into the kitchen area, the cupboard door, fridge and dishwasher was damaged and off putting aswell as some kind of stain on the counter by the hob. The glasses in the cupboards weren't clean and the sofas were worn and damaged. Both tvs didn't work in any way and the Internet connection was slower than my own mobile data. Truly pathetic for the price charged. The was damage to the walls and ceiling in the main bedroom and damaged floor tiles in the ensuite bathroom. I took a lot of pictures of the damage thinking that I would be blamed for it all as it really is that bad. The parking was very poor with no clear signage for allocated parking spaces, just dark spray paint that is difficult to see as the lighting was non existent. My partner and daughter felt unsafe walking from the car to the entrance so I parked the car somewhere safer.
