Croft Court - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Tenby

The property was nice great location for our short stay in Tenby. Just the bathroom layout let's it down. The toilet is so close to the shower. There is no room to sit and wipe comfortably.

The bathroom layout is horrendous..the toilet is to close to the shower. To sit and wipe comfortably. It's a tight fit just to sit on it. Unfortunately it wouldn't let me upload the photo of it.

As soon as we entered the property, the smell of damp was overwhelming. There was mould on the bathroom walls,but we could smell damp on the cushions and in the bedroom also. We didn't realise how bad the damp was until we got back and our clothes stunk which we didn't notice because we become noseblind while staying in the apartment. The bedroom window did not close properly either. I had read the previous reviews about the toilet but didn't think it would be as bad as it was,poorly designed and after so many bad comments you would thought the owner would have made some adjustments to the position of the toilet as it is virtually impossible for an adult to sit on comfortably due to the shower screen location. The description photos show an outdoor shower , but it looks like it was removed some time ago ,so the photos should be updated.

Location was very good, kitchen facilities were adequate.

Where to start? Double bed not big enough for two adults Two seat sofa not big enough for two adults Whoever designed the bathroom should have had their crayons confiscated at an early age...almost impossible to use the toilet and the mould on the ceiling could soon be a problem.

Location was poor - very dark and dismal

Toilet was squeezed into a 16” width against the shower screen because the shower was too big for its purpose. The bed was similarly too big for the bedroom having only 12” width for access along both sides. There was no outdoor shower as shown in some photos. There was nowhere to sit and eat/drink so plates/mugs etc had to be put on the floor. The apartment smelt damp? The lounge rug was a trip hazard. There was no allocated car parking - it appeared to be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Location and parking.Towels and linen provided . Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable.

Needed light on in lounge during the day as it seemed dark inside . Toilet too close to shower in bathroom.No table and chairs in lounge for eating meals on not even a coffee table .

Perfect little flat. Nice and quiet, walking distance to the town centre. Beach is on your door step.

No room to sit on the toilet properly.

Good: proximity to beach and town, working central heating. Not so good: damp smell, buckled bedroom window wouldn’t close, rug corners lifted (trip hazard), toilet space too small to use, no table & chairs, mould on bathroom ceiling.

Excellent location and having parking was a great bonus.

A coffee table would be great as there isn't a dining table for eating. The toilet location is only suitable for small individuals.

Location was brilliant

Bedroom too small for a double. But manageable. Bathroom - shower was lovely but far too large and if you sat on the toilet you were touching the side of the shower. Not suitable for larger adults. I don’t go away to cook so Kitchen ok but too large, the extra space could have been used to make the lounge area larger. Bedroom window needs urgent attention - does not close properly.
