CALes lits sont confortables. Le personnel est très gentil. Très propre. Sur les étages, il y a des œuvres d’art exposées. Ca vaut la peine de monter les marches au lieu de prendre l’ascenseur.
La chambre était un peu petite.

Over three days the property never serviced my room (as advertised). No coffee, no tea, no clean cups, no turn down service. I requested this over 8x, the staff reacted rudely, and curtly informed me that new check-ins would be prioritized.

Room was a little cold and some of the fixtures were getting a little old.

ATThe personell was very friendly and helped you as good as they can. Breakfast and Dinner at Osteria and/or the hotelbar were excellent.
Bathroom: There could be a heater for towels to dry them, since the bathroom has no window and no humidity remover
