The apartment is beautiful, but the owner doesn't clean it, leaves it dirty from other customers and doesn't send anyone to clean or change the sheets.

Unfortunately the second time I’ve booked with crib surfer and they cancelled on the day of the booking. The first time they set me up with another apartment the day after but this time I had no response and still haven’t got my refund. Will have to take up with booking.com

Toilet was not clean, inside of the microwave had old food, no curtains or blinds in the room so lacked privacy when sleeping from the window cleaners, the bedroom curtains did not keep the light out from the corridor which made it harder to sleep.

Not clean (pubes on the windowsill) No milk, tea bags or toilet paper WiFi didn’t work Host didn’t respond quickly Paid for early check in (£29 extra) for arriving only 1 hour before check in. Since then, communication has been poor from the host

There was someone already in the property Russian guy said I must of doubybooked so didn’t even get to stay waste of money tried to contact the number if any problems no one got back to me !!!

the host. the host cancelled on me an hour or two before I was due to check in. they changed the room I was allocated to and then said it wasn't available due to damage. when I asked what they would do to compensate me they ignored my questions and have still not responded. avoid at all costs.
