Spacious & location

Our stay at Laranjeiras Deluxe was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was in poor condition and not properly maintained. • The main shower room was taped off and out of order, which we were not informed about beforehand. One of our guests has a disability and required that shower, and she was forced to book a separate hotel at her own cost. • The bathroom door handle was broken, and people were getting locked inside — a serious safety hazard. • The kitchen was infested with cockroaches, including inside the fridge and on the countertops. This made it impossible to store or prepare food safely, especially with children around. • The WiFi barely worked outside the living room, several lights were not working, and there were many other small but frustrating maintenance issues. We tried to contact the host multiple times, both through the Airbnb chat and directly, but they completely ignored our messages and offered no assistance throughout the stay. Overall, the property was unsanitary, unsafe, and misleadingly advertised. We’ve requested a refund and reimbursement for the extra hotel expenses. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this listing until these issues are fully resolved.

This apartment was a huge disappointment and nothing like what we expected from the photos. While the furniture was technically the same, in reality everything was old and worn out. First of all, the listing mentioned two showers, but one of them had a large sign saying it could not be used. With six people, it was extremely difficult to manage with just one shower. Even worse, there was a cockroach infestation everywhere. They were running across the kitchen drawers, among the cutlery, and on the floor. Living and especially eating in the apartment was unbearable. We were forced to only use the place to sleep and had to eat all our meals outside, even breakfast for the kids, because nobody wanted to touch anything inside. When we contacted the owner, the only response was to ask what kind of cockroaches they were, instead of solving the problem. We requested compensation but received nothing. We stayed four days with young children in a foreign country, and moving to another apartment would have caused us serious difficulties. Still, this place was unacceptable. We even have video proof if anyone is interested. Instead of enjoying a new country and relaxing, this apartment created terrible conditions for our stay. We are attaching photos as proof.

Nagyon kiábrándító tapasztalat volt! 1. Nem tetszett a kommunikáció! Éjjel utaztunk, fáradtak voltunk és megkértük őket, hogy amennyiben lehetséges engedjenek be a lakásba 16 óra előtt. Mereven azt mondták, hogy nem lehet! Sőt amikor visszamentünk a csomagokért és még mindig nem küldték át a bejutási kódot, ironikusan, kacagva azt mondták, hogy csak 15:59, még van 1 perc 16 óráig! Csomagjainkat letehettük megörzőjükbe de ez egy más címen volt, a lakásba csak 16:40 kor jutottunk be! 2. A lakás felszerelése! Felháborítónak tartottuk a nappaliban levő székeket! Utáltunk rájuk ülni! Csatolt fényképen látható, hogy mennyire megkopott! A zuhanyzó le volt ragasztva, a második fürdőszobában a zuhany egyáltalán nem használható. És ezt már sokan jelezték, nem tegnap romlott el. A fürdőszoba kilincse a kezembe maradt, a férjem javítgatta, hogy az használható legyen. 3. Csótányok hemzsegtek mindenhol! Az egyik kimosott ruhámon, a másik a mosogatógépben és a gyermekek szobájában is az asztalon! Ezt közzé teszem, az alábbi képen látható lesz! 4. 250 eurót foglaltak le a kredit kártyáról amit “ elfelejtettek” visszaküldeni! Kérdésemre csak két nap után kaptam választ. Azt mondták, hogy az automatikus visszaküldés be volt állítva manuálisra! Végül is visszaküldték. 5. Nem volt mosó és mosogatószer sem, ezzel kezdtük 4 napos nyaralásunk, hogy ezeket megvásároltuk a WC papírral együtt mert, hogy az sem volt! Messze áll a luxus lakástól de ez nem egy 8-as lakás! Sokkal kevesebb ennél! Hatalmas összeget fizettünk négy éjszakára, semmiképp nem érte meg. Az általuk közzétett képeken jól néz ki de a valóság az én képeimen látszik. A fagyasztó is koszos volt! Semmiképp nem mennénk ide vissza!
