The stove did not work properly. It needs to be replaced, and I don't think we were the first to experience its defect. We were unable to cook in the kitchen even though that was part of the property offering. Someone did come by while we were out to fix the stove, but it shut down again the next night. Staff became unresponsive after being notified again that it was still unusable. No compensation was offered for the cost of spoiled groceries, subsequent meals when we were forced to dine out or the stress this caused at the end of a long day. After sending the requested video of the stove not working I was told that I was using too many burners. Seriously? Perhaps we should have been advised of the stove sensitivities beforehand. Additionally, lights were not working in the kitchen and in other rooms. Fans were not delivered even after several requests. Main bathroom needs reno. On the plus side, there was a lot of space, enough linens, comfortable furniture and beds, and it was near the Metro, grocery stores and some good places for breakfast. The staff that checked us in were also quite helpful. If the stove had worked or had the property owners been more oriented to client satisfaction, we wouldn't be leaving this property feeling a bit ripped off and would likely rebook for next year.

It was a very good experience. The apartment was very spacious, clean, there were parking spaces nearby and we had no problems finding parking. Excellent location. A puzzle was left for the children to play with. They were happy. There were many mirrors, the owner took care of everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The only problem was a broken door in one of the showers. More precisely, the door was simply missing and it was impossible to take a shower. I’m not the first person to write about this and I think it’s time to take action. Bed sheets for guests who were supposed to sleep on the sofa was not left in a visible place.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and had everything you needed. The bedrooms were good sizes and had comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was good. The location was very good with lots of coffee places and shops near buy. Definitely would stay here again.

One of the bathroom showers only had one door, and there was no lock.

Apto amplo, bem localizado, próximos de mercados e padarias, fácil acesso ao entrar no apto e acesso a uma garagem.

Barulho entre os quartos, devido o piso ser de madeira e as portas tbém quando fechava fazia muito barulho, o box de um banheiro muito pequeno.
