Tudo. 5 estrelas. Pequeno almoço óptimo. Camas e almofadas muito confortáveis. Ginásio tudo com óptima qualidade.

Foi só pena a zona do spa estar em manutenção estes dias. Mas nada a apontar de negativo.

Voňavý a skoro nový hotel, pohodlné polštáře a výborné snídaně i večeře. Hodně parkovacích míst před hotelem a zdarma. Ikdyz je hotel blízko nemocnice byl klid.

Menu na večeři by mohlo být psané a nikoliv jen prezentované ústně od servírky, ale to je detail, byla milá a snažila se vždy vysvětlit jaký výběr jídel je k dispozici :)

La chambre était grande, belle, impeccable.

Par contre, je trouve que le service pour un hôtel de renom comme celui-ci ne suit pas. Nous avions réservé au restaurant, la réservation a été confirmée par l'établissement mais pour 20h30 au lieu du 21h30 demandé. Nous avons donc aménagé notre journée pour réussir à être à l'heure. Une fois arrivés au restaurant, le personnel a dit que notre réservation était annulée sous prétexte qu'un grand groupe allait prendre toute la salle... ils auraient essayé de nous joindre sur le téléphone de notre chambre pour nous avertir (nous étions dehors). Alors que, lors de la réservation nous avons donné notre numéro de portable et mail... une solution nous a été trouvée et nous avons été au restaurant d'en haut. A 22h, nous n'avions pas fini notre repas, le.perspnnel nous a demandé de quitter le restaurant qui fermait ses portes... Financement le prestige d'un établissement ne fait pas son service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our entire visit. We were here for our honeymoon, and the hotel made it truly special by surprising us with a lovely gift in our room. Many staff members also personally congratulated us, which was such a heartwarming touch. The overall atmosphere and service were top-notch!

Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with a sewage smell in the bathroom during the evenings for a few days. If the bathroom door was left open, the odor would easily spread into the bedroom, which was quite unpleasant. We reported this issue to the reception, and while they immediately took action and the situation improved, a slight smell still lingered for the rest of our stay.
