The kitchen floor needs attention and directions

A great place to stay, we occupied the second floor (flat 1) which was well presented, it is an old building where I believe the owners live on the ground floor and let out the other floors. Only issue that needs adding to the directions is that access is from Walker street at the back of the residence as well as the parking, it took quite a while to work this out as only a postcode is given

Nice clean apartment, good location Directions could have been clearer- even a local lady who has lived very near for 20 years didn't know where scoresby place was.

Laminate floor separating in kitchen. Directions provided confusing. Private parking is on Walker Street and not Bagdale as indicated in the details sent.

Lovely accommodation just a short walk from the town centre. The provided parking space was a huge plus. However, finding the exact location was a bit tricky. The bathroom was nice, very spacious. Excellent views from the front.

The parking location isn't great. The bed in the front room creaked with the slightest bit of movement. The fire/smoke detector constantly flashing throughout the night and the shutters on the windows not closing properly letting light in.

Spacious and clean with everything you need

The outside entrance to the property was quite dark, it would have felt safer with a light outside the door since there were steps going down to it.
