Nothing. It was dirty, grimy and stained carpets.

Parking. Stains. Dirt. Hair in cupboards on plates. Broken doors and handles. Broken oven.

The apartment was spacious. Having a dedicated parking space was a big advantage. The apartment had microwave, toaster and good size fridge available for use.

Very sparse decoration. Quite bland in colour. Difficulty getting reliable internet for the TV so was unable to watch a programme uninterrupted. Contacted the number given to help but got no response. I didn’t feel that the non-refundable £30 payment for expected damage to the apartment was not made clear on the initial booking. This was only introduced after the booking had been made. We didn’t damage anything but still paid this payment. If this has been taken from each customer I would have expected an immaculate apartment, but the rug was heavily stained, a single chair was stained, the facia boards in the kitchen were loose, and the kitchen door handle was broken. I personally felt that my £30 payment was taken to pay for others damage, but possibly was not being spent on fixing the damage. I also did not appreciate the constant emails giving me the same information in an unreadable format that I could not download to access the key pad code.

Parking space very tight. Wouldn’t like to park a 4x4 there. Bed was squeaky in front bedroom. Supplied a bed settee but not extra bedding and pillows.

Well positioned apartment. A little on the stark side. Free toiletries were non existent.( 1 x sachet of shower gel/ shower gel. 1 x toilet roll and a tiny bar of soap. A great TV that we couldn't watch as there were no terrestrial channels, and we didn't have our satellite passwords with us.

No coffee making facilities.

Large and clean apartment just on the edge of the town centre with a parking space which was a bonus ( even though a bit tight to get in). Lovely high ceilings and great features. Has all mod cons for a short stay.

The apartment was beautiful, decorated to a high standard, mixing old with new ,the kitchen had everything you wanted if you wanted to use it we only used the kettle and the toaster. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was to die for with its magnificent bath,not that we used it,the shower was good enough for our short stay.The location was great only a 3min walk to the harbour and all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was only one wardrobe to share and it was in the main bedroom. It was a little cold,and you couldn't put heating on .

The property was clean and secure. The location was okay, once we were able to find it - see section below. The beds were comfy and the lounge area was nice for chatting. We would stay again, now that we know how to get there!!

The location of the property was not adequately described in either the listing or in the information provided following the booking. The address that we were given did *not* help with finding the place, and the first person we spoke to when we phoned did not know how to direct us to the property. This was stressful and unpleasant, particularly as we were tired from a long day and it was getting dark. The 'front' of the property which is where Google maps directed us does not give access to the apartment, and we eventually had to navigate the one-way system multiple times before we we directed on a second phone call to the actual street where the entrance is. This confusion and stress marred an otherwise pleasant stay. The decor was a little sparse, and provision of some basics like kitchen sponges, washing up liquid, tea-towels etc would be helpful.
