Didnt even respond with check in details so made a 2 hour journey just for them to not respond

The host did not reach out with check in insteuction until after 6pm. By this time because they had not responded to any of my messages I had already had to book accommodation elsewhere. I cant stress strongly enough do not book this place, you probably won't even be able to get in the door.

No details of check in sent. I reached the property and was unable to gain access. I had to makes calls to get someone to let me in. No information in the room. so unable to connect to the wifi. I found the password on leaving the next morning, a small sticker on the back of the front door!!! TV was smart only, so unless I entered all my person account details and passwords in I couldn't watch any programmes. Room was tired and dirty. only 1 used bath towel was left in bathroom. Bed had nylon sheets. shower didn't work properly. Blinds in both rooms were broken. Area it was situated it was very rough and I did not feel conformable leaving the room.

It’s been nearly 2 weeks now I still haven’t received by deposit of £100, I have called host no never , emailed him no answer too, I don’t think its fair on me, if you don’t want to answer your call don’t give your number please

Bedding felt nice but didn't make up for the overly big and heavy blanket which always fell to one side and high pillows

Do have picture in my review on Google. Property is named "The Boat House" Keep in mind I did reach out for compensation with proof but they declined. 1.Door was open and unlockable so anyone could climb in whenever which is a safety hazard. 2.Table was broken and wasn't useable because it would have broke. 3.Smell from washing machine helled up by cardboard. 4.Bath was unclean with dirt everywhere /mold 5.Bath shower head didn't work and was too hot or too cold. 6.Floors were dirty and sharp 7.No heating in the bedroom 8.Pillows are way to high and they only gave us (couple) 2 towels for a 3 day stay.

Apartment was nice n clean,bed was very comfortable
