Freezer door broken& riser in shower broken so couldn't use shower,

Perfect location, apartment had everything that we needed !

When we arrived and saw the entrance to all the apartments I was a little apprehensive but I needn’t of worried because as soon as I opened front door I was more than happy.

There's nothing wrong with the apartment, and if you don't mind noise, then it's a great central location

The noise, the seals have gone in the double glazing, and as the sun shines onto the apartment, you will need to open the windows in the summer. The nights were cold, but here are just two small background (no fan) electric heaters that did manage to heat up the place after two days. The dishwasher didn't work, and although I called and was told someone would be around, no one came, but we had to keep leaving the key, which was inconvenient. The apartment is a little tired and needs some tlc. Although we knew the bedroom was super small, as there is no space on either side, so a better design would be to have a light switch by the bed, and a shelf would be handy. The other apartments in the block are residential next door, a resident was doing some major DIY, so the walkway had their old sofa on it, and one resident was using the communal staircase to smoke pot. Combining tourist accommodation into a residential block doesn't work.

Clean & uptodate

The noise at night needs sound proofing. Party goers coming from night club waiting for taxis drunken loud shouting.Then the shop keepers early morning power washing the front slabs at seven in the morning. Also the internet kept going off . Needs a booster .

On booking we were looking forward to the location and views over saundersfoot We liked the way the owner dealt with the situation

When we arrived as soon as we entered the property we knew that we were unable to stay there. What hit us first as soon as we opened the door was the draft, and this noise like a train going through?? It was horrendous, it became clear that it was coming from the large window, we contacted the owner who quickly responded, the rubber seal had gone around the window and needed to be changed and unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed until after our stay, which was disappointing, but the owner did help us by trying to contact stay Pembrokeshire to arrange another property, who were hopeless
