Host & Stay - Boutique Balcony

Location great.nice apartment,

The cleanliness of all the apartment. Had to ring up for a key code when arrived.Had to ask if the cleaners where coming back. Kettle scum marks on. Crumbs in cupboard where toaster supposed to be no toaster.fridge not wiped out properly. Wood burning stove had clean me on top. Dust and bottle under couch. Glasses in bathroom scum and looked like hadn't been done for a few visits. Chairs in kitchen both broke.Cleaned the floor ourselves. Would like some of the cleaning money back.

The location was very good, the apartment was clean and well provided with all you would need. The view was really lovely from the balcony.

Unfortunately, the lift had broken down the day before we arrived, so we had to climb the stairs to the third floor. One of us has a bad heart condition and I have a very sore hip, so it wasn't a good start to our break. We had to keep stopping to rest as we went up. I know the lift wasn't the flat owners responsibility. We could only manage to open one window and there didn't seem to be a key to open others, so it was quite hot in the apartment. We opened the balcony door to let some air in.

Very nicely decorated throughout. Welcome hamper was well received by the kids 🙂

The apartment itself was brilliant, however the building containing the apartment was pretty run down. The bins situation is far from ideal.

It was wonderfu,l what a great apartment it looks exactly like the pictures, Dont be put off by the communal areas when you first go in remember this was a very grand hotel back in its day. Everything you need for your stay is in this apartment the beds ate clean and comfy Very very soft pillows i like mine firmer so will take my own next time, Apartment was spotless Great views great spot
